How to use MSIQ

How to offer better insurance quotes

MSIQ has the ability to create and send up to three quotes to a client at a time. But before you send the quote, consider adding a personal note to the beneficiary. Personal touches help put customers who aren’t as comfortable with using the internet for personal, financial decisions at ease.

When your client receives your quote, they’ll go through a three-step process.

Step #1: First, they’ll receive two emails for security purposes. The first email is a link to access their quotes. The second email is an authorization code required to see the quote. 

Step #2: To view the quote, the client should click the link in the first email and input the authorization code from the second email. 

Step #3: They’ll be able to review the plans you’ve designed for them and electronically self-enroll if they like.

If a client does choose to self-enroll, you’ll receive an email notifying you of their Medicare selection. Follow-up with your client, and congratulate them on their excellent choice!

How to help your clients shop and self-enroll

While some clients like a lot of contact, some prefer to explore their options themselves. So rather than bombarding a customer with a bunch of information they may not want, you can send potential clients a personalized shopping link through MSIQ. They’ll browse, compare and enroll on their own and from the convenience of home. The best part? All you have to do is send the link, and you get credit for the sale. 

Self-enrollment is easy. Just follow these steps.

Step #1: Log into MSIQ, go to the upper right-hand corner, and click your name. 

Step #2: Navigate to Account Overview. This page will display your personal shopping link.

Step #3: Copy the link, and send in emails, post to social media, add to your email signature and anywhere else you can think of!

When a potential client clicks on your link, they’ll be taken to your personal Medicare shopping portal where they’ll have access to all the plans you’re licensed to sell and have contracted with through Financial Grade. They can explore, research and compare as much as they like. And don’t worry, they can easily get your contact information to call or email with questions.

Once they’ve chosen their plan, MSIQ makes it easy for clients to self-enroll. When they’re finished with self-enrollment, you’ll be notified by email. Then you have the opportunity to follow-up with them directly to thank them for their business.
